100% SATISFACTION PUTS ARTHURS TOP


A new-look aftersales team has been warmly praised for taking top spot in competition with 20 other similar departments.

For newly promoted aftersales lead Craig Southern and recently appointed aftersales specialist Danielle Jones achieved a top marks in customer excellence ranking for Arthurs of Oswestry in the Vauxhall Customer Satisfaction Index for Aftersales.

They have come top for customer satisfaction out of 21 Vauxhall dealers in their district.

“This is an exceptional achievement which is all down to Craig, Danielle and Anthony Jones, customer service team member, with the back-up they receive from our technicians to ensure vehicles are repaired and serviced to customer expectations, ensuring an excellent customer experience” said Service Manager Claire Stanton.

Craig has been promoted after two and a half years with the dealership and for Danielle it is her first role in the motor industry.

In the Vauxhall Customer Satisfaction Index in 2018 Arthurs of Oswestry were in the top four out of 350 Vauxhall dealers.

Arthurs of Oswestry has created two new jobs with the appointment of Nathan Evans and Oliver Oak as technicians.

Oliver is fully qualified and undergoing Vauxhall Academy training.  Nathan is working towards his full qualification alongside the Vauxhall Academy training which includes bronze, silver and gold standard accreditation.
