Families in Oswestry visiting a Morrisons café this Easter half term can request a “Kellogg’s breakfast” and receive it completely free of charge. The offer is open to everyone — children, parents, carers, families — with no purchase necessary, while stocks last.
Included in the breakfast is a choice of:
- A bowl of Kellogg’s Corn Flakes or Kellogg’s Rice Krispies
- A choice of dairy or soya milk
- A free portion of fresh fruit
For the first time in its three-year partnership, Morrisons and Kellogg’s will give away free breakfasts in 343 Morrisons Cafes throughout every school holiday in 2026**, including this half term and the longer holidays over Easter and Summer.
The retailer and cereal giant are working together to tackle holiday hunger, particularly for school children who are not able to access school breakfast clubs which only run during term time. Since starting the initiative, over 30,000 free breakfasts have been redeemed.
Research conducted by Kellogg’s continues to highlight the pressure families face during school break with two thirds of UK parents admitting that their food budget is stretched during the school holidays, and a further two in five feeling anxious about keeping their children fed*.
Kellogg’s has supported breakfast clubs in the UK for 28 years. Since 1998, it has helped fund breakfast clubs through cash grants in some of the country’s most deprived areas, ensuring children have the best start to their day.
Rachael, Community Champion at Oswestry Morrisons: “We’re really proud to be offering free breakfasts to our customers during every school holiday this year. As well as offering a filling meal, we’re also providing a warm, friendly space to enjoy it. We know school holidays can put extra pressure on families, so we’re delighted to offer a helping hand and welcome people in to start their day.”
