A much-loved Oswestry fundraising tradition is set to return this autumn, as Oswestry Life magazine launches its 2027 charity calendar in support of Hope House and Tŷ Gobaith Children’s Hospices.
Returning for an incredible ninth year, the glossy calendar will once again showcase 12 stunning images capturing the beauty of Oswestry and the surrounding area, taken by talented local photographer and Oswestry Life photographer Graham Mitchell.
The 2027 calendar is currently being prepared and will be available to buy from October, just in time for Christmas. Oswestry Life will announce as soon as the calendars have arrived and are officially ready to purchase.
Priced at just £5, every penny from the sale of each calendar will go directly to Hope House and Tŷ Gobaith, helping the charity continue its vital work supporting seriously ill children and their families.
Thanks to the generosity of local businesses and loyal Oswestry Life advertisers, the cost of producing the calendar has once again been covered through sponsorship, ensuring 100% of the £5 purchase price can be donated to the charity.
Director and Oswestry Life co-founder, David Lee-Birch, said:

“What makes the project particularly special is the fantastic support we receive from the local business community. Without their generosity, projects like this simply wouldn’t be possible. Their support means the money raised from every calendar sold can go directly to Hope House and Tŷ Gobaith.

Over the years, the Oswestry Life calendar has helped raise many thousands of pounds for Hope House, with the continued support of local businesses and the wider Oswestry community making the initiative possible year after year.
Once available, the Oswestry Life Hope House Calendar 2027 will be on sale from the Hope House charity shop in Smithfield Street, Oswestry, as well as other selected local stockists.
