Adventure Cinema will return to Shropshire on Thursday 7th May 2026, bringing its biggest and most ambitious season yet to one of the county’s most beautiful and historic locations.

As part of a nationwide tour visiting 57 iconic destinations across the UK, Adventure Cinema will once again transform National Trust Attingham Park into a magical open-air cinema experience, combining blockbuster films, sing-a-long favourites and unforgettable music screenings beneath the stars.

Set against the sweeping parkland and grand architecture of Attingham Park, Shropshire audiences can look forward to an unforgettable programme featuring everything from feel-good family favourites and cult classics to dazzling musical celebrations. Screenings on the 2026 tour include sing-a-long hits such as Wicked, Grease and The Greatest Showman, family favourites like Bing And His Friends at The Cinema and The Gruffalo, plus big-screen classics including Star Wars: A New Hope, Jurassic Park and Back To The Future.

Music fans will also be treated to standout event screenings including Mamma Mia! ExtrABBAganza, which pairs the film with a lively ABBA disco, and the brand-new Queen Outdoor Cinema Celebration, combining Bohemian Rhapsody with a Queen disco for a full evening of entertainment.

Adventure Cinema is renowned for choosing extraordinary locations that elevate the movie-going experience, and Shropshire’s inclusion alongside some of the UK’s most celebrated venues highlights the county’s appeal as a destination for culture, heritage and memorable nights out.

Whether visitors are planning a relaxed picnic with friends, a fun family evening, or an atmospheric open-air cinema experience in a stunning historic setting, Adventure Cinema at Attingham Park promises a full night of entertainment, with on-site food and drink options available.
