Arthurs Vauxhall is celebrating another award.

JudgeService, which provides new and used car dealer reviews, has given Arthurs of Oswestry and Newtown a score of 96%.

This puts Arthurs in the top 10% of all JudgeService dealerships nationwide.

And in the area it covers, Arthurs is one of only two sites in the prestigious 95% plus category.

“The award is significant in that out of 2,000 dealerships using the ReAct product survey, only 231 got a score of 95% or more,” said JudgeService Key Account Manager John-Michael Lloyd.

“The ‘ReAct Product’ is a survey that is sent to all customers who have bought a vehicle at each site we work with. The scores are an average for a given period – in this case the award is for the 12 month period for 2016 – ultimately providing a fair and independent scoring mechanism.

“Our mission is to help dealers improve their customer experience. That means that the reviews the dealer’s customers create can in turn help consumers make great choices.”

He said JudgeService helps car dealers improve their customer service by asking customers and potential customers for feedback about the experience. This can be in service, used car sales, new car sales or the bodyshop.

Said John-Michael: “We also publish this customer feedback to help consumers understand the levels of customer satisfaction and recommendation at each dealer.

“So in a nutshell we do surveys to help dealers improve customer service and in an ever- changing and competitive world and we share that information with consumers to help them choose where to buy.”
