Members of Shropshire Horticultural Society are being reminded of the changes within the Members’ Restaurant and Members’ Bar at this year’s Shrewsbury Flower Show.
Luxury caterers Comyn Bruce and Jimbos Bars will be supplying the food and drink for this year’s show. However, it will be a cashless service and so debit/credit cards will need to be used.
For members looking for something a bit special, an elegant two-course seated lunch will be served in the Members’ Restaurant between 12noon – 3pm. Members are kindly asked to book their table in the Restaurant in advance, choosing a time slot and day at the time of booking. The wonderful staff at Comyn Bruce Luxury Event Catering will welcome you to your table and show you to the buffet where you will be able to choose from a wide range of hot and cold dishes, breads and sauces. They will then exchange your plates for a selection of miniature puddings at your table, allowing you to relax and enjoy the showground atmosphere. There will be a tea and coffee station available for you to enjoy at your leisure.
On both days service starts in the Members’ Restaurant with complimentary tea or coffee which will be available between 8.30am – 10.00am. Members will also be able to purchase a hearty breakfast from 8.30am in the Members’ Buffet.
A selection of hot and cold snacks will be available from 11.30am in the Members’ Buffet, these will include a variety of filled Rolls and Sandwiches; Handmade Sausage Rolls, Cakes or a deliciously modern Salad Box with a variety of salads, sides and protein elements.
For those hungry in the evening, there will be a choice of classic comfort food dishes available from 7:00pm – 10:00pm. This will all be served on biodegradable plates to reduce environmental impact in line with environmental policies.
The Members’ Enclosure & Marquee is an ideal place to enjoy a relaxing drink or a bite to eat with a number of tables and chairs provided. We request that neither food nor drink, purchased elsewhere, are brought into the Members’ Marquee and Enclosure.
