Since opening their doors just over two years ago, Rad Danailov and his team at Coach House Fitness have worked tirelessly to expand their offerings and create a thriving fitness community. From introducing a state-of-the-art fitness studio, running more than twenty-five live and virtual classes each week, to expanding the gym floor and diversifying equipment, the town-centre gym has gone from strength to strength. Now, as they celebrate their second anniversary, they are launching an exciting new initiative: Coach House Fitness Bootcamps.
“This is just the beginning,” says gym owner Rad. “We are incredibly excited to be launching bootcamps as a new brand within Coach House Fitness. This will be the first of many, and we are confident that our team’s expertise in fitness, nutrition and motivation will provide real results for every participant.”
The six-week pre-summer bootcamp, running from 28th April to 8th June, is designed for anyone looking to lose weight, get leaner and get fitter. Open to both gym members and non-members of all ability levels, it consists of three high-energy outdoor sessions per week (Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday at 6 pm), ensuring participants receive expert coaching and the benefits of group motivation. And for those inevitable rainy days, an indoor option is available to keep training on track.
What sets Coach House Fitness Bootcamps apart is the comprehensive approach to health and fitness. Participants won’t just be attending group workouts; they will be following a structured programme that supports their entire fitness journey. The bootcamp kicks off with a group consultation, where participants set personal goals and receive expert guidance. To ensure real progress is tracked, before and after body composition testing is included, allowing participants to see tangible results. Nutrition is also a key element, with personalised macro calculations and nutritional advice provided to help fuel the body correctly for optimum performance. Additionally, 24/7 support and accountability via email advice and a dedicated group chat will keep participants motivated every step of the way.
Coach House Fitness Bootcamps will be led by Rad, who brings more than a decade of experience in the fitness industry, joined by Liam Grasier and Callum Woodcock, fitness instructors and personal trainers who will each bring their own expertise in cardio, strength training and nutrition.
Bootcamps have surged in popularity across the UK in recent years due to their dynamic, results-driven approach to fitness. They offer a high-energy, time-efficient way to train in a motivating group setting. Coach House Fitness Bootcamps aim to embrace this winning formula to ensure participants achieve their fitness goals effectively.
The launch of the bootcamps brand comes at a time of remarkable success for Coach House Fitness. Since the gym’s relaunch under new ownership, membership numbers have soared and the gym has earned prestigious recognition. In 2024 it proudly won the Oswestry Life Award for Customer Satisfaction and Diversification and was shortlisted for Newcomer of the Year at the National Fitness Awards. However, Rad and his team refuse to rest on their laurels. “We are always looking for ways to improve the service we provide for our members,” says Rad. “Fitness is constantly evolving, and so are we. We want to continue building an inclusive environment where people feel supported and empowered to reach their goals.”
