A beautiful 2026 calendar showcasing the stunning scenes in and around Oswestry has been released to raise essential funds for Hope House and Tŷ Gobaith children’s hospices—now in its eighth consecutive year.

The calendar, created by renowned local photographer Graham Mitchell, features 12 of his most captivating images and is being sold for £5, with 100% of proceeds going directly to support children and families who rely on the care of the hospices.

Thanks to the generosity of Oswestry Life magazine’s loyal advertisers, all production and printing costs have been covered, ensuring that every pound raised from sales will benefit the charity.

David Lee-Birch, Director of DTS Media Ltd (publishers of Oswestry Life magazine), commented:

“We are very privileged to have such a prestigious local photographer, Graham Mitchell, working alongside our brand. His incredible eye for capturing the beauty of our area brings the calendar to life each year. We are proud to support Hope House once again and thank our advertisers, Paul Seager Creative Design, and Graham for making this special project possible.”

Paul Seager of Paul Seager Creative Design has once again donated his time and design expertise to produce the high-quality calendar.

The calendar is available to purchase from:

  • Meraki Colour, Church Street, Oswestry (cash sales only)

  • Hope House charity shop, Smithfield Street, Oswestry

Vicky Bradbeer, Area Fundraiser for Hope House, expressed her appreciation:

“We are so grateful that Oswestry Life magazine have once again chosen to support Hope House. Over the past eight years, the calendar has helped raise many thousands of pounds, and we are incredibly proud of our partnership with such a fantastic local publication.”

With Christmas approaching, the 2026 calendar makes a meaningful and practical gift for friends and family, both locally and abroad, while directly supporting children with life-threatening conditions and their families.
