Moreton Hall is hosting its second Lacrosse Camp of the season attracting players and beginners from across the region. Following the success of its Easter camp, Inspirational England Lacrosse Coach and Head of Lacrosse at Moreton Hall, Carina Walsh will host this summer’s ACE Lacrosse camps for all skill levels from aspiring elite players to developing athletes looking to hone and develop their skills and practise in advance of the sporting season, to complete novices looking to engage in a new sport.
Players from age 8 to 18 are invited to participate over the three days with expert coaches covering all aspects of the game including the new season’s rules, competitions and matches.
Carina, an ex-international player who captained Wales U19s at the 2007 World Championship, also coaches at the England Girls National Academy having been a Lead Coach on the Regional Academy programme for a number of years developing some of the country’s best young talent.
Moreton Hall’s performance hub for Lacrosse, ‘ACE’, has been developed to provide carefully monitored programmes for all abilities including elite athletes, with first-rate coaching, athlete support and sports facilities for leading sportspeople, offering a world-class experience.
