Hope House are thrilled to have being chosen as the official charity for the very first Oswestry 10k. Fundraising Team Leader Lynsey Kilvert said: “Each year we need to raise over £6 million to keep our hospice doors open and the services we provide running; incredibly around 80% of these monies comes from amazing support in our local community”.
“On the day of the event we will be hosting a water station at Hope House and our staff, children and volunteers are very much looking forward to cheering on the runners as they pass by. We have 50 places available for runners to join Team Hope House, our places are £15 and we ask runners to raise £100 to make a difference to the seriously ill local children and families we support, sign up to be a Hope House Sporting Hero at hopehouse/events”.
