A cutting-edge local law firm with a reputation for keeping its feet firmly on the ground when it comes to handling client cases, will this weekend be encouraging participants to lift their feet off the ground in the Chirk Castle Dark Run.
GHP legal, a longtime supporter of local charities and sporting and fitness events, is one of the main sponsors of the event due to take place on Saturday 18th October in aid of Hope House Children’s Hospice.
This will be the 6th year that the event has taken place in the stunning grounds of Chirk Castle. Around 400 people are expected to take part, all lighting up the castle and grounds with glow sticks and torches in a night of fun and fundraising.
GHP Legal, which has offices in Oswestry, Llangollen and Wrexham, has sponsored items for the goodie bags to be given out to participants at the end of the run, including glow-in-the-dark medals.
GHP Legal partner, Emma Simoes, said:
“The 4km Chirk Dark Run aims to raise many thousands of pounds to support Hope House Hospice, which relies on such donations for its continuing provision of expert care for seriously ill children living in Shropshire, North and Mid Wales and Cheshire. As part of our commitment to our local community, GHP Legal is proud to have been a sponsor of the Chirk Dark Run since its inception.”
