Llanyblodwel Parish Council has unveiled new play equipment at Brynmelyn in Llynclys, near Oswestry, providing an exciting new space for local children and families to enjoy.
The project was funded by The National Lottery Community Fund and the Community Infrastructure Fund.
Peter Shellard, Bethan Cross and Rebecca Colpus — Chair, Vice Chair and Clerk of Llanyblodwel Parish Council — joined local residents Lynne and Bryn Jones to watch Spencer Jones enjoy the new equipment for the first time alongside his mother, Amy Jones.
Residents have welcomed the new additions, saying the improved playground will encourage children to play together safely while also creating opportunities for neighbours, friends and families to spend time together as a community.
