A local, award-winning events business is urging Christmas shoppers to give the gift of experience to reduce the £42million worth of unwanted Christmas presents that end up in landfill every year.
Tickets are on sale on the Shropshire Festivals website for Shropshire Kids Festival, Shrewsbury Food Festival and Shropshire Oktoberfest – all taking place in 2022. The tickets can be purchased as a gift voucher for Christmas.

We have Shropshire Kids Festival Telford in February, Shrewsbury Food Festival in June, and Shropshire Oktoberfest the first weekend of October, with lots more in the planning stages.
