Most people assume secure document destruction is something only large organisations can access.
At EvaStore, we decided it should be available to everyone, without compromise on standards.
Based in Oswestry for over 20 years, EvaStore supports organisations across the UK with secure document storage, scanning, and confidential shredding. While our roots are firmly local, our approach is national in scope. We are ahead of much of the industry in adopting the latest British Standard for confidential waste destruction, BS15713:2023, reflecting the growing importance of traceability, evidence, and accountability in how sensitive information is handled.
Yet one of our most valued services is also the simplest: our walk-in shredding facility.
Anyone can bring confidential papers directly to our Park Hall site. There are no minimum charges, no specialist bags, and no complicated processes. We weigh what you bring, charge only for what needs destroying, and ensure it is shredded to the same high standards used for professional clients before being responsibly recycled back into the paper industry.
That balance between local access and professional standards reflects EvaStore’s origins. When the company was established in 2003, the aim was clear: to build a secure, forward-thinking document management company with genuine local accountability and national credibility.
Managing Director Patrick Evans comes from a family that has operated businesses in Oswestry since the 1970s. Today, the wider group employs over 100 local staff. He also sits on the board of Oswestry BID, helping shape the future of the town’s business community.
EvaStore is also proud to support community initiatives, including long-standing fundraising for Hope House Children’s Hospices.
Whether you are a business managing compliance or a resident clearing out an overflowing drawer, EvaStore exists to make secure information management accessible, reliable, and trusted.
