As a much loved market town filled with small businesses, Oswestry is striving with hidden talent, whose voices are waiting to be heard.

The new ‘Maker’s Market’ is an excellent opportunity for local makers to showcase their hand-crafted talents in a more intimate and personal setting at Liar Liar cafe.

All voices are heard, and many small businesses unite, bringing together that infamous sense of community, that Oswestry pride’s itself in. Cafe owner and Maker’s Market founder, Tom Jones, stated that “This market is everything Liar Liar are about, good people coming together to do good things!” And he wasn’t wrong. Liar Liar have always gone the extra mile to use local produce, and help other local businesses when needed.

After the first successful market went ahead, people couldn’t get enough, and word began to spread across the town. With such promising feedback, Tom is delighted to announce that the Maker’s Market will now take place on the first Sunday of every month, from 9am-2pm!

An exciting opportunity for both buyers and sellers, that’s not to be missed. So pop down to Liar Liar, grab a delicious coffee, and enjoy some local goodies from Oswestry’s finest, made with love. What a way to spend your Sunday!

If you are interested in taking part or would like more information please contact Tom Jones on 07845 666620, email Tom.liarliar@gmail.com or of course you can pop into Liar Liar.
