As restrictions are tightened in many parts of the country, the Community Champions at Morrisons Oswestry are assisting vulnerable, and elderly people who need a delivery of food to their doorstep at the moment.
Kiley Walters, one of the Champions at the Oswestry Morrisons said: “Many local residents are avoiding going out and may not have internet access to order online. We want to make sure that nobody gets left behind and everybody has access to food, we aim to help our local community with a doorstep delivery service which is provided 7 days a week.
All residents need to do is write their shopping list, and call Morrisons to place their order.”
Kiley added: “Orders need to be placed between 8am-6pm and will be delivered the next day. Payment is taken by contactless at the doorstep. To place an order the number is 0345 611 6111 option 5.”
