Coach House Fitness in Oswestry has been recognised by the National Fitness Awards and are in the running for a prestigious national award. The club has been shortlisted in the Newcomer of the Year category.
The annual event recognises excellence and achievement in gyms throughout the country with shortlisted facilities being as far north as Aberdeen and as far south as Devon.
This next stage involves a visit to each finalist by a member of the awards team who will take a look around the facilities and chat to members and staff before compiling a comprehensive report, which will then be passed on to an expert judging panel to decide the lucky winners.
The Coach House Fitness team are now looking forward to attending the glittering awards ceremony on Friday, November 29th at The Athena in Leicester where British athlete Derek Redmond will be presenting the trophies.
National Fitness Awards’ event director, Dominic Musgrave, expressed his excitement, stating: “The National Fitness Awards are now in their 14th year, and with more entries than ever before, our finalists have every reason to celebrate. Making it to the shortlist is a huge achievement and reflects the hard work and commitment of the teams behind each facility.”
Since opening its doors in January 2023, Coach House Fitness has continuously invested in enhancing its services. Over the past 18 months, the gym has expanded its range of equipment and converted the former swimming pool and spa into a state-of-the-art studio for fitness classes.
On receiving the news of the shortlist, Rad Danailov, Owner of Coach House Fitness, said: “We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve built here at Coach House Fitness. Being shortlisted for Newcomer of the Year is a testament to our team’s dedication and the support of our members. This recognition motivates us to continue growing and delivering the best possible experience for everyone who walks through our doors.”
Earlier this year Coach House Fitness was awarded with the Oswestry Life Magazine, Customer Service and Diversification Award.
