Christmas is the season of goodwill and an Oswestry law firm that played its part by sponsoring Shropshire’s largest Santa run has hailed the event a great success.
The Oswestry Santa Run, staged by Adrenaline Sporting Events, has grown year on year, and GHP Legal, which has two long established offices in the town, has provided sponsorship for many of the organisation’s fundraising events since its inception.
Many employees of GHP Legal also joined in the fun on Sunday 7th December, when Oswestry’s historic town centre flashed red as hundreds of ‘Santas’ donned their crimson suits and took to the streets to raise money for local good causes and community wellbeing.
With the focus purely on exercise and fundraising, all participants in the non-competitive Santa Run received a 5-piece Santa suit for the event and a finisher’s medal.
