‘Let’s Talk Local’ is provided by Shropshire Council and aims to provide an easy and convenient way of accessing information and support relating to your social care needs and priorities. This might include a conversation about how you can be supported to enjoy improved independence and wellbeing within your own home and local community. Additionally, if you look after someone then your caring role can be discussed in order to ensure that you are appropriately supported.
Further to exploring your personal circumstances, you will be provided with appropriate guidance and signposting regarding services and organisations within your local area.

Alternatively come along to our weekly drop-in at The Centre in Oswestry which is supported by a range of community based organisations from sectors including: housing, mental health, substance misuse, community care coordinators and employment support.
