An Oswestry based charity is making sure that food supplies are available to isolated and vulnerable people during the Coronavirus pandemic.

For 28 years Qube has provided an invaluable personal shopping service for people in Oswestry and the surrounding area.

Older, vulnerable people and those caring for them can still phone the Qube number (01691 656882) to pass on the grocery items they need.  The list will then be passed to the team at Morrisons who will select the items and arrange for delivery by one of their drivers.  Payment is by card over the phone to Morrisons.

Many other aspects of Qube’s work can be found on their website  www.qube-oca.org.uk. It is also possible to make a donation to enable Qube to carry on their vital support.  Although Qube’s offices are closed many activities are still taking place, one of the most important being regular calls to those who are on their own.
