Sandra Lamb, Arthurs CRM Specialist is not only celebrating Christmas as she is celebrating together with Arthurs as they have been awarded No 1 in the country for customer contact after service.
Sandra calls all the Arthurs customers to make sure that they received the best possible customer experience when visiting the dealership.
Sandra, who lives in Morda, Oswestry said “I like to speak to all the customers as I believe they should be given the best customer service possible and I believe that is why we have so many regular customers here at Arthurs who return year after year.”
