Willow Hopkins, founder of Willow’s Wisdom 333, has announced the launch of a new series of wellbeing workshops titled “Soothe, Explore, Restore.” The programme is designed to support individuals in navigating anxiety through practical self-soothing techniques, emotional awareness, and intentional seasonal living.

The initiative offers participants the flexibility to attend one, two, or all three workshops, each tailored to foster self-regulation, self-assurance, and a deeper connection with oneself.

The Soothe workshop, delivered over six weeks, focuses on calming and grounding practices. Participants will learn techniques to regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and manage overwhelming emotions. Methods include breathing exercises, grounding techniques, and cultivating self-compassion to create a sense of inner safety.

The Explore workshop, also spanning six weeks, encourages curiosity and emotional processing. Through guided writing prompts and self-expression, participants will gently explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours in a non-judgmental environment. No prior writing experience is required, as attendees are supported in discovering their own unique voice and building self-assurance.

The Restore workshop takes place monthly over five months, from September 2026 to January 2027. This seasonal programme is centred on restoring balance and wellbeing following periods of stress or trauma. Participants will reconnect with themselves and nature, embracing the rhythms of the changing seasons and discovering new ways to find joy and meaning during the colder months.

Workshops will be available both in person at Oswestry Senior Citizens Club and online via Zoom, offering accessible options for all participants. The first session begins on 4 June 2026, with additional dates and session times available upon enquiry.

The Oswestry Senior Citizens Club is centrally located and easily accessible via local bus routes, including services 400, 402, 403, 404, and 406 operated by Tanat Valley Coaches, as well as the X76 regional service. Community transport options are also available through Oswestry Community Action. The venue provides wheelchair access, onsite parking, kitchen facilities, and complimentary hot drinks.

The programme is delivered as part of the Lingen Davies Wellbeing Programme, a free-to-access service supporting individuals affected by cancer across Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin, and Mid Wales.

Booking information will be released soon.
