Master classes
Niche Patisserie in Oswestry offers intimate, hands-on sourdough bread-making masterclasses led by award-winning pastry chef Adam Cleal. Designed for both enthusiastic home bakers and curious beginners, the classes cover everything from nurturing your own sourdough starter to mastering shaping and decorative plaiting techniques. Participants leave not only with freshly baked loaves but also the confidence and skills to recreate them at home along with regularly feeding and looking after the mother starter.
