TG Builders Merchants is celebrating after winning Training Initiative of the Year at the 2025 Builders’ Merchants Awards in London.
The award recognises the work we’ve done over the past year to put training and development at the centre of the business. We set out to give our teams better support, clearer progression routes and more opportunities to build their confidence and skills, and this win shows that the effort has paid off.
Speaking after the announcement, Director mark Evans said:
