A true celebration of the season, this year’s release is meticulously distilled with Hilltop Blossom Honey, bringing an added layer of refinement to this already exquisite gin.
Handcrafted in small batches, the Limited-Edition Apple & Honey Gin is made using crisp apples, delicately complemented by rose and hibiscus. For 2025, we have partnered with Hilltop Honey to craft a distinctive edition, incorporating their Hilltop Blossom Honey to further enhance the floral notes and add a smooth, golden richness. Juniper-led with a warm and fresh essence, this gin is a true embodiment of spring in every sip.
