For more than two decades, Trinity Clinic has been helping people across Oswestry and the surrounding area move better, feel better and live with less pain. This year marks a significant milestone for the Gobowen based clinic as it celebrates 21 years of serving the local community.

Founded by chiropractor Sara Hadfield, Trinity Clinic began with a simple aim: to provide high-quality, patient-centred care for people suffering from musculoskeletal problems. What started as a single-practitioner clinic has grown steadily over the years into a thriving practice with a team of four skilled therapists, offering a range of treatments tailored to each individual’s needs.

Today, the clinic provides McTimoney chiropractic care, therapeutic massage and additional therapies, helping patients with a wide variety of conditions including back pain, sciatica, neck pain, headaches, sports injuries, postural problems and mobility issues. Rather than offering pre-booked treatment programmes, the team focuses on personalised care, ensuring patients receive the support they need, when they need it.

The Trinity Clinic team are committed to taking the time to understand every patient. Longer appointment times allow therapists to carry out thorough assessments and provide treatments that are tailored specifically to the individual. This approach has earned the clinic a loyal client base, with many patients travelling from across Shropshire, North Wales and beyond for treatment.

Thanks to growing demand, Trinity Clinic has recently expanded its team, enabling the practice to offer even greater flexibility for patients. The growth means the clinic can now provide more availability including evening appointments, helping people fit treatment around work, family and other commitments.

As part of this expansion, Trinity Clinic is now open six days a week.

Monday closes             8:15 pm

Tuesday closes            7:45 pm

Wednesday closes    7:45 pm

Thursday closes          8:30 pm

Friday closes                 7:15 pm

Saturday closes           1pm

The additional hours make it easier than ever for patients to access professional care at a time that suits them.

The clinic’s experienced team includes chiropractors and massage therapists who work together to support patients through recovery, rehabilitation and ongoing wellbeing. Between them, they bring decades of experience and a shared commitment to helping people achieve lasting improvements in their health and mobility.

While much has changed since Sara opened the doors more than 20 years ago, the clinic’s core philosophy remains the same: treating every patient as an individual and helping them find the root cause of their discomfort rather than simply managing symptoms.

As Trinity Clinic celebrates its 21st year, the message from the team is clear. Whether you’re struggling with a long-standing problem, recovering from an injury or simply looking to improve your overall wellbeing, they are here, ready to help.
