Qube are absolutely honored to have been selected by nationwide brand, NFU Mutual as one of their chosen charities to receive a donation to help support our work.
Qube are consistently striving to improve engagement within the community and it’s fantastic that the Oswestry Branch of NFU Mutual have recognised this and have chosen to collaborate with us as their chosen charity. This generous donation has enabled Qube to make integral improvements to their Shopmobility project by introducing two further mobility scooters which members can hire out throughout the year, allowing them easy access whilst they are out and about without the worry of mobility restrictions.
Rachel Wilkinson, Insurance Agent at NFU Mutual Oswestry Agency, said: “NFU Mutual has been a champion of rural communities throughout the length and breadth of the UK for over 110 years, and the Agency Giving Fund champions local causes that are working day and night to change people’s lives and give hope for a better future. We’re extremely proud to have nominated Qube for this donation and are delighted to be able to support the vital contribution they make to our community.”
With access to our Volunteer Centre, Arts & Culture Exhibitions and Courses, Shopmobility and Care Services, Qube has several strings to its bow, but ultimately its key focus is to keep the people in our community engaged and offer services to support inclusivity and wellbeing.
