Oswestry Team Tennis based in Cae Glas Park with over 140 members, is aiming to raise £100k (and has fantastically already raised 50% of this) over the next 12 months with an aim to start building the clubhouse in Summer 2024.  The clubhouse will support Oswestry Team Tennis which is a registered charity to be an even more key part of the community in bringing people together, improving social interactions and getting all ages and abilities together to play tennis and have fun.

Pictured below is of Clive our Chairman outside the workshop adjacent to the tennis courts which will be converted to our Oswestry Team Tennis- (OTT) clubhouse with your support, and the design of the clubhouse.

Clive who is 74, has already walked 140 miles undertaking the Anglesey coastal path back in April for this cause, and is now looking for your support and sponsorship to help him reach his £1000 target with a further two day walk of 30 miles. Day 1: From Poachers (Chirk) to Llanymynech along Offa Dyke on 7th July – 17 miles. Day 2: He will walk Oswestry’s Oswalds Trail starting at the Tennis Club and finishing back there at Oswestry Team Tennis’s Wimbledon Tournament on 8th July in the afternoon- 13 miles.

Please donate what you can to help and if you wish, come along to support Clive on this sponsored walk on either day or both – he would love to see you!
