A charity fundraiser held at The Lion Quays raised almost £3,000 for Macmillan Cancer Support. Organised by Nicola Barkley, the charity evening welcomed more than 150 people for a three-course meal and a performance by Adele tribute Katie Markham. “My friend Tanya Tinsley chose the charity as she sadly lost her mum to cancer,” said Nicola. “This evening was in memory of her mum.”
