A teacher from Trefonen Primary School who volunteers in Africa in her free time has organised a fundraising exercise as part of a Geography topic on Uganda.
Dozens of bags of books, pens, socks, footwear and other useful items have been donated by the children and families at the school thanks to kind-hearted teacher Mrs Day.
Office manager, Margaret Richards said: “The whole school were involved with filling bags for Uganda, the response was unbelievable.”
