The Marches School’s Sixth Form Football Team were looking incredibly smart and professional as they showcased their brand-new sponsored kit at their latest fixture on Thursday 15th December against Shrewsbury Town Development Team on the club’s 3G pitch.

The Marches School came out victorious, winning 4-2 on penalties after the game finished 2-2 after 90 minutes. Praise was given to Marches goal scorers; Harry Darley and Harvey Greig – with ‘man of the match’ being awarded to David Skirton for his amazing performance.

Simon Walker, Team Manager added; “Congratulations to the squad, this latest success means that the team are now through to the semi-final of the U18’s Cup which is a brilliant achievement! We would like to pass on our sincere thanks to Polka Dot Travel who have kindly sponsored our whole kit, including a manager’s jacket and sub’s jackets! We are also grateful to Macron Wrexham who kindly supplied the kit in record time so that the team could wear them in their quarter final cup tie. We are so grateful for both companies support.”
