A netball team who have been playing in Oswestry & District’s Netball league for more than 15 years have secured the support of a new sponsor.
After winning the Versatility tournament undefeated at the end of last season, local Roofing Contractor Tony Arnold was keen to support the team and has provided them with new kits for the new season.
The ladies will start the 2019/20 season in style wearing navy and white netball dresses complete with hoodies sporting Tony Arnold Roofing Services logo and the abbreviation of the business, TAR.
Among the players is team centre Cheryl Morris who said “The team are so grateful to receive Tony’s help. We have been in need of new kits for a couple of seasons now and Tony has come to our rescue”.
The team are hoping to have a successful season and secure Tony’s support in the future. This season’s squad has been further strengthened by 5 new players.
