Moreton First Choir spread Christmas cheer as they proudly opened The Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt League of Friends Christmas Bazaar, at the Gobowen based hospital.

Year 5 and Year 6 pupils attended the one day event and performed in front of an audience of hospital staff, visitors and patients.

The event, raising money to support the hospital and its important work, was attended by over 40 stall holders including Moreton First’s Enterprise students who were selling a range of Christmas craft items, freshly baked cakes and sweet treats.

Amy Lott, Head of Music at Morton First said,” We were delighted to have been invited to join the first Christmas Bazaar at the hospital. The children enjoyed performing in front of an audience and received a huge applause from all visitors”

“Music has such a positive effect on people’s wellbeing so we are pleased it was a positive experience for everyone involved.”
