Three Oswestry businesses have been honoured at a glittering awards ceremony in Telford as part of the 2017 Businesses for Children Awards, which celebrates the hard work undertaken by organisations in a range of different fields. More than 200 business owners and guests from around the county attended the event to watch the thirteen awards being handed out.
MD Warriors, based in Park Hall, which teaches martial art and self-defence as well as anti-bullying, scooped the BCA Sports Business for Children and Young People. The BCA Shropshire Parents Award went to Oswestry’s Baby Bird Café, while Baby Sensory Shropshire, which holds classes in Oswestry, was crowned the winner of the BCA Business for Babes.
