Designs in Mind is a creative Arts studio based in Oswestry, which works with adults with mental health difficulties to create exciting, high-end Design and products for retail and wholesale. Designs in Minds’ Members find purposeful ways to live life through the creative challenge of Design.
Last year, Designs in Mind collaborated with the high street retailer Habitat. Members still life collage designs feature on the joyful ‘Happy Habitat’ collection, which includes tea towels, oven gloves, scent diffusers, candles, plates, bowls, and place mats. Designs in Mind Members were very excited to see these products are now in store at Sainsbury’s, Oswestry. The design work was created and developed at the Designs In Mind Studio, at 17a Cross Street.
This had been an exciting benchmark moment for the design studio, as they strive to discover ways to become more self-sustaining.
