A teenager from Oswestry has raised over £3300 with a 12-hour sponsored wodathon cross-fit workout and a raffle held at Basecamp Gym.
Abbie Dean raised the money after being touched by the strength and bravery of her coach at the gym, Laura. In January Laura was diagnosed with breast cancer and has just received her final round of chemotherapy. Throughout the gruelling treatment, Laura continued to take her classes in a true show of grit and determination, inspiring her young students in the process.
